Shipping Information

When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order and payment is verified, we immediately begin processing your order for shipping. Over weekends and holidays, your order may be processed, but shipping will occur at the next business day. Purchases made after 12 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday.  Orders shipped to a PO Box will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to customers all around the world, and can send to nearly any location with an address or PO Box. For International orders shipping rates will be provided at checkout, but do not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties. If you have any questions or want to confirm that we ship to your country, please send us an email at support@victare.com

Order Information

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We'll make every attempt to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that a request to change or cancel will be successful.  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes, so please be sure to double check all of your information before submitting payment.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Our system is sensitive to address and credit card information as protection against fraudulent transactions. This is mostly caused by providing an address and/or zip code that does not match the address registered to the credit card.

If you are certain that this is not the case, please order again with a Paypal account.
How Can I Sign Up To Receive Promotions?

Occasionally we send out promotions by email and SMS text.   You can sign up to receive those promotions by entering your email or phone number at the bottom of the page.

Watch Specs & Warranty

Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 24 month limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. 
What type of battery is used?
It depends on the watch. Our Classic watches use a Sony SR626SW battery.  The Chrono, women's watch, and Pilot uses a Sony SR621SW.
How do I replace the battery?
All of our watch batteries can be found at major retail stores, electronic stores, and most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest attempting to replace the battery on your own, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
Are Victare Watches waterproof?
Every watch we sell features at least a 5ATM level of water resistance which means they can withstand a brief submersion under water (such as hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.
What type of leather is used?
We use Genuine Italian Leather for all of our leather bands.
What type of movement is used?
Currently, all of our watches use a Japanese Citizen Miyota Quartz Movement

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or store credit.   Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

Who covers the cost of the return/exchange?
At this time, the customer is responsible for shipping any returned items back to our office. All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of original purchase.
How long before I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.  You should receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your return.
